Art Therapy Workshops for Women Living with Endometriosis, PMS, or Menstrual Pain

Do you experience monthly pain, fatigue, or a challenging cycle?
Would you like to share your experiences, connect with other women who truly understand, and explore your creativity?

End’Ose workshops offer a nurturing and supportive space to share, find strength, and reconnect with your inner resources through art. No previous artistic experience is needed—just the willingness to explore, express yourself, and experience things a little differently.

Facilitated by Evelyne Brügger, certified art therapist
With contributions from Joëlle Mauris, professional cellist, whose live music will support listening and expression (one musical session per cycle).

These workshops are part of the Art + Health: Museum Therapy in Geneva project, which highlights the positive impact of culture on well-being.
